working principle:
In the circuit design, the latest metal detection technology digital phase-shifting and digital detection technology is applied. High sensitivity design is adopted. After 220 V alternating current is converted into DC power supply, high-frequency current is supplied to the sensor through digital circuit to form high-frequency magnetic field. When a metal passes through the sensor, eddy current will be generated in the metal. The amplified output signal will be sent back to the control circuit through the amplifying circuit to generate the control signal. The output of the drive circuit will be controlled to make the alarm indication output of the machine and the external output action. Thus, the weak change signal generated when the metal enters the electromagnetic field range of the sensor can be realized through the industrial control digital circuit Analyze, process and drive actuator action to eliminate hazardous metals. The maximum detection sensitivity can reach Φ 20 mm iron and aluminum balls, and the sensitivity debugging is simple and convenient. The maximum sensitivity will change with the different sensors.
