working principle:
1.1 when the metal detector detects the iron signal, it will transmit the signal to the automatic electric control rectifier cabinet;
1.2 the rectifier cabinet starts the belt of the belt type iron remover timely and starts the excitation accurately. When the iron parts reach the main magnetic pole, the iron parts on the surface or deep layer and some magnetic materials are simultaneously sucked up by the instantaneous extremely strong excitation;
1.3 after the iron parts are sucked up, they are immediately turned to the excitation state, and no longer continue to suck up the materials, so as to minimize the materials sucked up and reduce the amount of materials taken out;
1.4 the iron parts and magnetic materials are driven backward by the iron remover belt to carry out the first magnetic separation. During the first separation, the large magnetic materials fall back to the conveyor belt;
1.5 materials continue to move with the belt to the magnetic separation area with special magnetic field layout, and then through multiple sorting in the separation area, most of the magnetic materials fall back to the conveyor belt;
1.6 the remaining small amount of materials and parts are taken to the nonmagnetic separation platform for the final separation, so as to realize the final complete separation of iron parts and magnetic materials;
1.7 the excitation of LJK iron remover main machine stops completely, and the belt of iron remover stops in time, waiting for the next signal.
2. Working purpose: pick up iron pieces in magnetic materials and take magnetic materials as little as possible, so as to protect the belt and prevent damage; avoid material blockage during rotation and ensure production.
